Wei Hung Chen

Wei Hung Chen is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in various engineering and quality assurance roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at Molex since January 2025, Wei Hung Chen leads a team of 13 quality professionals, focusing on cost of poor quality, customer complaints, defect rate reduction, and quality strategy development. Previous experience includes positions as Chief Engineering of QMS at Molex, Quality Manager at Coherent Corp., and QA Manager at Marketech International Corporation, overseeing teams and streamlining quality processes in automotive and electronic manufacturing. Wei Hung Chen began a career as a PCB Processes Engineer at Unimicron and has successfully contributed to procurement and cost management at Tenco Company. Wei Hung Chen holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Information Management from National Cheng Kung University.
