Ed Hoogendam is a project manager at MolGen, where Ed is currently setting up a new plastic injection molding factory in the Netherlands with an investment of €1.8 million in phase 1. Prior to this role, Ed worked as a maintenance engineer at Cess and as a project leader at espbc, where Ed managed 120 low-skilled Ethiopians. With a background in sales and management, Ed has also held positions such as Head of Plastics Manufacture & Moulding at Moba Group and Director/Owner of a production company at E&O Kunststoffen. Ed started their career in the technical field working as a Scheepswerktuigkundige in various maritime companies before pursuing their education in maritime schools.
