Ken Serdons has over a decade of experience in the payments industry. Ken is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Mollie, a leading provider of online payment services in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Mollie, Ken served as the Chief Operating Officer of Paymentsense, one of the UK's largest merchant acquirers. Ken also held senior positions at Worldpay, where they were responsible for setting the strategy to sustain Worldpay UK's double digit growth and for incubating new growth initiatives.

Ken began their career as an intern at BT, where they gained valuable experience in leadership and management. Ken then went on to work as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where they advised clients on strategic initiatives and projects. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.

Ken Serdons has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master in Civil Mechanical-Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, and a degree in Science - Mathematics from KCST.

They are on a team with Rogier Schoute - Chief Product Officer, Julien Cordonnier - COO, and Susan Wilson - Chief Human Resources Officer. Ken Serdons reports to Shane Happach, CEO.
