Will Kirsch

Will Kirsch started their work experience as an IT Intern at Sears in June 2018, where they collaborated with team members, built front-end components, and shadowed engineers to learn new skills. Will then worked as a Coding Instructor at theCoderSchool from September 2018 to April 2019. In June 2019, they interned as an IT Intern at Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company, providing training and support to users and devising protocols for data preservation and security. In October 2019, Will became an Information Technology Consultant, where they documented client needs assessments, monitored equipment functionality, and managed infrastructure modifications. Currently, they are working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at MoLo Solutions, conducting data analysis, engineering advanced data pipelines, and translating business requirements into technical requirements for reporting and visualizations.

Will Kirsch is currently pursuing an MS Business Information Technology degree with a focus on Business Analytics from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business. This program began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to this, Will completed a BS Information Systems degree from the DePaul University Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media. The specific dates for this degree are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Will has obtained several certifications. In July 2022, they completed the "Power BI Data Visualization and Dashboard Tips, Tricks, & Techniques" certification from LinkedIn. Will also completed the "Python Object-Oriented Programming" certification from LinkedIn in July 2022. In May 2022, Will obtained the "S/4 Finance: Fiori Accounts Payable Analytics" certification, the "SAP S/4 HANA Financial Accounting Overview" certification, the "SQL Server Integration Services" certification, and the "UiPath Essential Training" certification, all from LinkedIn.
