Stacey Rouse

Stacey Rouse is an experienced Senior Operations Manager at Molo since February 2022, responsible for leading multiple teams including Customer Success, Case Management/Completion, and Underwriting, while driving operational efficiencies and enhancing customer experience. Previously, Stacey held several roles at Lloyds Banking Group from June 2013 to February 2022, moving from Mortgage Consultant to Mortgage Relationship Manager, managing teams and ensuring high standards of service and compliance. Earlier experience includes a role as a Life Guard at Sheffield International Venues Ltd from January 2008 to June 2013. Stacey holds the CeMAP qualification in Mortgage Advice from the LIBF.
