Brandon Maultasch

Brandon Maultasch is the CFO at Moloco and was previously with RBC Capital Markets. Brandon has been in the investment banking industry for over 15 years and has focused on advising software and internet companies on corporate strategy, value creation, M&A, and capital markets transaction origination and execution. Brandon has also been involved in a number of successful IPOs, venture capital/growth equity financings, and M&A transactions. Brandon is based in NYC but recently relocated to SF in 2018.

Brandon Maultasch attended Tufts University for their undergraduate degree. Brandon then went on to obtain their J.D./M.B.A from NYU Stern School of Business and their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the New York University School of Law.
