Dave Petersen

Dave Petersen currently serves as Head of Global Compensation at Moloco since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dave Petersen spent over 16 years at Google, progressing through various positions in the Compensation and Performance Management team, culminating in the role of Director, Compensation. In this capacity, Dave Petersen led a team responsible for delivering substantial compensation packages to a large workforce, while implementing adaptive strategies to address changing business needs, enhance employee experience, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Dave Petersen's expertise in compensation process delivery and technology has been instrumental in scaling operations as Google expanded in size. Dave Petersen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington, completed between 2005 and 2007.
