Iris Chen

Iris Chen currently serves as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Moloco, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Iris worked at Airbnb from August 2020 to October 2024 as Deputy General Counsel, leading a team of over 45 legal professionals to support various functions and manage intellectual property matters. Between May 2006 and August 2020, Iris was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Google Inc., where management of a legal team of over 145 attorneys focused on global product development and commercial transactions. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets. Iris holds a JD from Columbia Law School and completed the Advanced Leadership Program for Asian-American Executives at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2017.
