Jiyoung Heo

Jiyoung Heo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead APAC People Operations at Moloco since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing offices in Korea, Singapore, China, Japan, and India, and establishing operations, policies, and programs for the complete employee life cycle. Prior to this role, Jiyoung served at Volkswagen Financial Services (Korea) from January 2011 to June 2021, contributing significantly to establishing HR operations during the company's launch in the Korean market, later taking on roles such as Head of HR and HR Business Partner for the EU, where Jiyoung supported regional management in HR matters and managed global mobility initiatives.
