Josh Pelham

Josh Pelham currently serves as a Recruiter at Moloco. Previously, Josh held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Pure Storage from 2016 to 2023, where accomplishments included leading a team of 25, implementing performance management cycles, optimizing resource allocation through advanced capacity modeling, and developing real-time dashboards for over 200 personnel. Prior to Pure Storage, Josh was involved in talent acquisition roles at Linear Technology, Storm8, Google, and served as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Earlier experience includes founding TruFund Mortgage and presiding as President at Freestand Financial, where leadership spanned various departments and the company achieved revenues exceeding $30 million. Josh holds a degree from Washington State University.
