Kathleen Su

Kathleen Su is an accomplished international analytics leader with extensive experience in data science and program management. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager and Global Head of Growth Data Science & Analytics at Moloco since April 2020, Kathleen leads a team of over 30 data scientists and analysts across various regions. Previously, Kathleen held significant roles at Liftoff Mobile, Inc. as Head of Operations & Data Science for the US and EMEA, and at SEPHORA, where work focused on client personalization strategies. Additional experience includes senior analyst positions at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and TWO NIL, along with market research analysis at Kelton. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University, majoring in Psychology with minors in Marketing and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
