Kenneth Rubenstein

Kenneth Rubenstein is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in technology and advertising. Currently serving as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Moloco, Rubenstein focuses on privacy-compliant artificial intelligence and advertising technology innovation. Prior experience includes roles at Google, where Rubenstein led governance and programs for responsible AI innovation and managed teams responsible for global product development in search advertising. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel at American Home Mortgage Corp, where Rubenstein established a contracts management system, and as an Associate at Skadden Arps, specializing in intellectual property and technology matters. Rubenstein holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a BA in Computer Science from Brandeis University.
