Scott Barrett is an experienced talent acquisition leader, currently serving as Lead for GTM Talent Acquisition at Moloco since July 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions in talent acquisition, including GTM Talent Acquisition at Lacework and Lead GTM Talent Acquisition at both Instabase and Kong Inc. From 2018 until early 2022, Scott led GTM Talent Acquisition for the Americas Sales at Pure Storage, contributing to the company’s mission of enhancing data value through advanced performance solutions. Scott also served as Director at Perpetual, where expertise in executive talent advisory was demonstrated, as well as Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Scott’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Tulane University.
