Wesley Libuit

Wesley Libuit is a Corporate & Securities Counsel with a rich background in legal practice. They served as a Judicial Intern at the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara in 2011 before becoming a Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 2013 to 2020, where they advised technology companies on various corporate matters. Currently, Wesley is the Senior Corporate Counsel at Moloco, having previously held roles including Associate General Counsel at Meta. They are pursuing a Juris Doctor at Santa Clara University School of Law while holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Law from Loyola Marymount University.
