Molod Online is a youth-led organization in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, that creates and develops spaces, opportunities, and initiatives for young people to learn, grow, and actively shape their communities. We work at the intersection of education, culture, technology, community development, and humanitarian support.
Founded in 2016 by a group of young activists in Zaporizhzhia, Molod Online emerged from the need to create youth-friendly spaces and opportunities in the city. What began as local community initiatives has evolved into a dynamic organization that implements projects across multiple sectors. Through years of growth and adaptation, particularly during the challenges of russia full-scale invasion, we've maintained our core mission of youth empowerment while expanding our scope to address urgent community needs. Our journey demonstrates how youth-led initiatives can effectively respond to both long-term development goals and immediate humanitarian challenges.
