Eric Posner is an academic lawyer with interests in administrative law, financial regulation, constitutional law, and international law. They served as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2022 to 2023, and as the Kirkland & Ellis Distinguished Service Professor at the University of Chicago Law School from 1998 to 2023.
