Anja D.

Anja D. currently serves as the Leadership Development Program Manager for the EMEA and APAC regions at Molson Coors Beverage Company, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Anja held various positions at Novartis, including Learning Services Manager and Senior Learning Expert in Leadership Development from November 2019 to January 2022. Anja's career also includes experience in recruitment and talent management at Global NTT and NonStop Pharma, where the roles spanned from April 2018 to April 2018. Anja began a career in education and training at the Center for Primary Prevention of Drug Addiction "EMPRONA" from November 2014 to February 2017. Anja holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad.
