Christopher Hoad currently serves as a Process Lead in a secondment role at Molson Coors Beverage Company, having joined the company in July 2019. Prior positions include Project Brewer focused on improvement and innovation, Junior R&D Manager for EMEA and APAC, and Innovation and R&D Associate. Prior to this, Christopher worked as an Associate R&D Brewer and a Product Innovation Technologist during a placement from June 2017 to July 2018. Currently pursuing a Masters in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot-Watt University, Christopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (Physiology and Pharmacology) from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2019.
