Edwin Yang

Edwin Yang is a seasoned professional in the brewing and beverage industry, currently serving as the Technical Brewing & Quality Manager APAC at Molson Coors Beverage Company since June 2023. With extensive experience as a Freelance Brewing Consultant since July 2016, Edwin provides expertise in new product development and brewery operations across Asia. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager and Brewmaster at Vattanac Brewery, where responsibilities extended to contract management and brewery project commissioning. As Lead Brewer at Young Master Brewery, Edwin led a team and developed over 80 beer SKUs within three years. Early in the career, Edwin held various positions including Brewer and Production Supervisor in different breweries, and authored articles as Senior Editor at Craft Beer Asia. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Brewing Science from the University of Nottingham and an Associate's degree in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute.
