Ian Smith

Ian Smith has extensive experience in sales and account management within the beverage and confectionery industries. Currently serving as Sales Director for North Independent Free Trade at Molson Coors Beverage Company, Ian leads a multidisciplinary team in the North East. Previous roles include Account Controller at Carlsberg Group, National Account Controller at Tangerine Confectionery, and various positions at BRITVIC PLC, where Ian managed teams focused on licensed and leisure markets. Ian's career began at ICI Paints as National Key Account Manager after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Liverpool. Notably, Ian received three supplier of the year awards during tenure at Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd for excellence in managing key accounts.
