Jonathan Broadbent is currently the Focused Improvement Manager for Brewing EMEA APAC at Molson Coors, where they work within the Optimisation and Improvement Team to support regional breweries with continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, they held various roles in the brewing industry including Brewing and Utilities Manager at Brassivoire and Brewing Process Engineer at AB InBev UK Limited. They also gained experience as a Brewing Field Expert at Carlsberg Group and as a Senior Global Lead Brewing at The HEINEKEN Company. Jonathan earned a BSc Hons in Molecular Science from The Open University and holds advanced brewing qualifications from IBD.
