Peter O'Connell

Peter O'Connell is the Capital Projects Director for EMEA APAC at Molson Coors Beverage Company. Previously, they held various engineering and project management roles at Molson Coors, including Head of Major Engineering Projects and UKI Supply Chain Capex Project Manager, overseeing significant capital investments in brewing and cider production. Peter began their career in engineering through the Mars Graduate Engineering Development Programme and has also worked at Eastman Kodak and Unilever as an industrial placement student. They earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
