Shane Smith

Shane Smith is the WCSC Site Lead at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where they oversee daily operations of the packaging line, focusing on Safety, Quality, and Food Safety standards. Since January 2022, Shane has brought their extensive experience from nearly eight years as a Senior Operations Supervisor at Kellogg Company, further enhancing their skills in training, team building, and process improvement. With a commitment to creating a positive work environment, Shane is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in the packaging process. Shane earned a High School Diploma from Goshen High School in 1999.
