Stephen Shrive

Stephen Shrive has extensive experience in the beverage and food production industries, currently serving as Business Process Owner at Molson Coors Beverage Company since April 2014. Stephen’s roles at Molson Coors have included Business Process Manager, Logistics Operations Specialist, Inventory Control Manager, Production Shift Manager, and T1 Operator. Prior to this, from September 2008 to April 2014, Stephen worked at Arla Foods as a Production Shift Manager, where responsibilities included supporting the Production Manager in daily operations, organizing and training a team of 40 colleagues, and ensuring adherence to production requirements and quality standards. Stephen also held the position of Machine Operator at Arla Foods.
