Dwayne Fleming is a highly experienced professional who has been working at Molycop since June 2012. In their current role, Dwayne serves as the Maintenance Manager & Continuous Improvement Leader, overseeing various manufacturing operations. Prior to this, Dwayne worked at Electrolux for nearly two decades, holding positions such as Senior Production Supervisor and Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2008, Dwayne earned a Diploma Of Business (Frontline Management) from the Australian College Of Commerce And Management.
