John Shaw

John Shaw has cultivated extensive experience in the manufacturing and operations sectors, currently serving as a Manufacturing Team Leader at Molycop since November 2021, after previously holding the position of Plant Operator. Prior to this role, John worked as Operations Manager at AdvanceSweepers from February 2021 to October 2021. Additional experience includes various positions at InfraBuild Australia, Tomago Aluminium, and Chemtrans, where John demonstrated expertise as a Plant Operator and gained valuable leadership experience as a Shift Supervisor and Trainer Assessor. John began a career in logistics as a Truck Driver specializing in Dangerous Goods at Chemtrans. Educationally, John completed studies at Warner's Bay High from 1988 to 1992.
