Chad Sickles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Chad began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at FMC Technologies in 2006 but left the position in 2018 due to outsourcing and instability in the oil industry. Chad then took on a Contract Position as a Component Engineer at Acara Solutions, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Following that, Chad worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Director at Minco Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Chad also had short-term contracts as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at HI-Tech Designers and as a Product Engineer at SPX FLOW, Inc. However, both contracts ended earlier than expected due to company changes and completion of projects. Currently, Chad works as a Manufacturing Engineer at MolyWorks starting in 2022.

Chad Sickles attended Sam Houston State University from 1996 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Arts and Sciences, with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering Technology and Drafting Design, specifically the Mechanical Design Option.
