Marc Lee has a long and varied work experience. Marc started their career in 1999 as an Armour Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces. In 2004, they became a Research Officer at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering A*STAR. In 2005, they joined UTC Aerospace Systems under the Training Attachment Programme (TAP) funded by the Economic Development Board (EDB). In their role as a Special Process Engineer, they developed heat treatment processes for new products and initiated coordination meetings between different manufacturing disciplines. In 2007, they became an Assistant Underwriter at Asian Marine Syndicate - a Syndicate under Lloyd's of London, where they collated data from insurance brokers for analysis and recommendation. In 2008, they became an Engineer at ST Kinetics, and then a Senior Engineer in 2009. In 2013, they joined ST Engineering as the Head of Homeland Security Business (Unicorn International) and a Project Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Head of IP and Commercialization and Senior Commercialization Manager at National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC). Marc is currently the Head of Business Development & Sales APAC at MolyWorks.
Marc Lee attended Anglo Chinese Junior College from 1996 to 1997. Marc then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2001 to 2004.
