Eric Araujo

Eric Araujo is a seasoned Mount Maker and Senior Preparator at The Museum of Modern Art since September 2015, specializing in custom mount-making for sculptural works. Araujo's previous experience includes roles as a Mount Maker at Maven Designs and a Preparator-Mount Maker at the Guggenheim Museum, where responsibilities involved collaborating with teams for exhibition installations. Additional roles include Gallery Manager at BRIC, Faculty positions in Sculpture and Metal Sculpture at Raritan Valley Community College and Educational Alliance, and Visiting Faculty for Hellenic International Studies in the Arts. Araujo holds a Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the San Francisco Art Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Pratt Institute.
