Established in 2004 by Lisa Duclos, Momentum Rehab addressed the need for a rehabilitation provider whose primary purpose was to provide quality, efficient and customised services to the CTP insurance industry.

Momentum Rehab has built an impeccable reputation providing rehabilitation case management solely to CTP insurers for over 18 years.

As the demand for case management services increased, Momentum Rehab has built a network of highly experienced contractors located throughout the Sydney metropolitan, Illawarra and Hunter areas.

In 2008 Momentum Rehab started providing Community OT to the HACC industry and this has now evolved to include the NDIS and Icare and a Palliative Care service. Momentum Rehab has a Community OT team providing high-quality services to these sectors across the Sydney Metropolitan area.
