Our Story & Heritage
Momolato began in 2014 as a small artisanal operation with one mission: to craft gelato that honors tradition while embracing innovation.

What started as a modest pop-up has grown into a trusted wholesale partner for Singapore's F&B establishments. For 10 years, we've maintained the soul of artisan craftsmanship while scaling to meet the demands of modern food service.

Every batch still begins with the same commitment to quality that defined our first day – real ingredients, time-honored techniques, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.
