Ruby S. is an experienced and strategic leader in organizational technology, with over 30 years of experience empowering progressive activists and organizations. They served as the Senior Director of Internal Technology & Security at MomsRising, leading technology initiatives and managing digital infrastructure. Previously, Ruby held roles including Online Organizing Manager at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Co-Director of Communications at the Fellowship of Reconciliation. They also built a strong foundation in technology and community organizing through their work with various nonprofits, including creating the first website for the North Carolina Justice Center. Ruby earned a BSPH in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
