Yotam Oren is the Co-Founder & CEO of Mona, a startup that provides a financial wellness benefit for employees. Prior to Mona, Yotam was the Vice President of Operations / Head of Growth at ADP, a global payroll company. Yotam also worked as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and as a Software Engineer at Telmap. Yotam began their career as a Company Commander in the Israel Defense Forces.
Yotam Oren has an MBA in Business from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a B.Sc in Computer Sciences and Biology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
