Danilo Garbuglia

Danilo Garbuglia is an experienced professional in the engineering and consultancy sectors, currently serving as the Director General for MES Kazakstan since June 2018. With a strong background in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Renewable Energy industries, Danilo leads MES's efforts in Process Safety, Risk Assessment, and Environmental Management while working with major operators in Kazakhstan. Prior to this role, Danilo coordinated various projects at Eni Congo from November 2008 to June 2018, overseeing both onshore and offshore projects. Danilo's earlier career includes positions as Responsabile Produzione at Orim spa and Project Engineer at Rosetti Marino Group and Api Raffineria Di Ancona S.P.A. Danilo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned between 1984 and 1990.
