Conner Kipke

Conner Kipke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and management within military and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Monarch since September 2025, Conner has also held a long-term position as a Captain in the Signal Corps of the South Carolina National Guard since May 2017, progressing through ranks from Second Lieutenant to First Lieutenant. Prior to Monarch, Conner worked at Intapp from August 2021 to October 2025 as a Service Delivery Manager and previously as a Managed Services Manager. Experience at DealCloud, an Intapp Company, spanned from November 2018 to August 2021, where roles included Implementation Associate, Data Migration Associate, and Implementation Analyst. Conner’s early career includes a Data Analyst position at EASi from February 2018 to November 2018. Educational background includes a degree from Furman University, completed in 2017.
