Monarch Futures is a lived experience strategy firm helping healthcare leaders design smarter, more human-centered futures.

We partner with healthcare executives, founders, and influential industry leaders to operationalize lived experience as a strategic input in innovation, leadership, communications, and transformation.

Too often, healthcare strategy is built around institutional assumptions about how people are expected to behave rather than how care is actually experienced. Fear, uncertainty, caregiver burden, fragmented communication, grief, cognitive overload, and complex decision-making materially shape healthcare experiences every day, yet these realities are rarely treated as foundational strategic considerations.

Monarch Futures helps leaders challenge those assumptions and make better decisions about the products, services, systems, and narratives shaping healthcare’s future.

Our perspective combines nearly two decades of experience across healthcare innovation, interoperability, executive strategy, strategic communications, and emerging technology with lived expertise navigating healthcare as both caregiver and patient.

Our work includes executive advisory, thought leadership and strategic messaging, lived experience strategy, keynote speaking, and innovation consulting for organizations seeking more credible, human-centered approaches to transformation.

Story is strategy. The experiences healthcare too often dismisses as anecdotal frequently reveal where systems fail, where trust erodes, and where innovation must evolve.
