Kelli Cox is a dynamic senior living professional with over twenty-five years of experience across various settings. Kelli currently serves as the Associate Executive Director at Monarch Landing and previously held roles including Sales and Marketing Director at Avenida Partners, LLC, and Director of Resident Life and Wellness at Monarch Landing. As a licensed nursing home administrator and Real Estate Broker in Illinois, Kelli has also owned KMC Senior Services, LLC, providing concierge services for seniors. Earlier in their career, Kelli managed multiple properties at Lifelink Corporation and directed services at Villa St. Benedict, enhancing resident experiences through various programs and initiatives.
