Stéphane Jacobs is a mobility consultant and (fin)-tech entrepreneur/investor with a Master’s degree in Transport Economics from the University of Antwerp. They have co-founded several ventures, including 4411, Monizze, Gift2Give, and Plugin2Drive-ParKKing, and served as managing director of Mobile-for, a leading mobility service provider. Previously, they held managerial roles at IBM Global Business Services and PWC, advising policymakers on strategic decisions across various sectors. Stéphane has also provided expert advice to organizations like Mastercard and the Flemish Government, focusing on mobility and zero-emission transportation. As of January 2025, they will lead Monarch Tractor Europe as Managing Director.
