Amy Eisenman

Amy Eisenman is a seasoned professional in behavioral health care with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Monarch since April 2021, Amy engages with individuals in Tailored Care Management services, focusing on assessment, care coordination, and transitional care. Previously, Amy worked as a Behavioral Health Coach at Copious Life, LLC, where personalized treatment plans for young adults were developed. Amy held significant positions at Hope Services, LLC, including Outpatient Program Director and Day Treatment Program Director, overseeing programs aimed at children and adolescents with mental health challenges. Earlier career roles as a Behavior Specialist at New Alternatives, Inc. and Promising Futures, Inc., along with an internship at Priory Hospital, demonstrate Amy's long-standing commitment to improving mental health services.
