Bill Scell

Bill Scell has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving in this role at Monarch since December 2004, where collaboration with companies facilitates project identification for business sites. Prior to Monarch, Bill held various management positions at Textron Inc from January 1978 to August 2004, contributing as a member of the Textron Management Team. Bill's career began as a USDA Federal State Inspector in Frostburg, Maryland, from July 1961 to January 1969, focusing on food product grading. Educationally, Bill earned a degree in Business Administration and Management as a Store Manager from G.C. Murphy between 1969 and 1978, following graduation from Beall High School in 1962.
