Debbie Lee

Debbie Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Debbie started their career at Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. in 1998 and worked there until 2004. Afterwards, they served as the Central Arkansas Regional Director at Friendship Community Care for a decade. Debbie then held the position of Administrator of Programs at Independent Case Management, Inc. before becoming the Director of Adult Services at Friendship Community Care, Inc. in 2016. In 2019, they joined Centene Corporation as the Manager of Medical Management Operations. Next, they worked as the Senior Director of Waiver and Community Services at Easterseals Arkansas from August 2020 to April 2021. Debbie later transitioned to RHA Health Services, LLC as the Vice President of Operations in May 2021. Currently, Debbie is the Vice President of Operations at Monarch, starting in August 2022.

Debbie Lee obtained their Bachelors of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas in 2004. In 2009, they completed The National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities Leadership Institute at the University of Delaware. Prior to their university studies, Debbie attended Immaculate Conception Cathedral High School from 1985 to 1989.
