Jen Raphael-Guzman

Jen Raphael-Guzman has extensive experience in social work and management, currently serving as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Florida Atlantic University and as State Director at Monarch. Previously, Jen held the position of Executive Director at AMIkids and Program Director at North American Family Institute, Inc. Responsibilities have included providing assessments, formulating treatment plans, and conducting counseling at various organizations, such as AdCare Hospital and Tri-County Community Action Programs, Inc. Jen's career began as a Social Work Intern at Boston Medical Center, followed by roles as a Case Manager at The Providence Center and a Residential Counselor at Lifespan. Jen holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Wheelock College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
