Leah Thomas

Leah Thomas, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical and administrative roles within the behavioral health field. Currently, as the Director of Operations for Outpatient Services at Monarch since June 2013, Leah supervises and coordinates clinical activities for outpatient therapists. Leah has also developed and led the Virtual Open Access Services, ensuring the delivery of behavioral health services across North Carolina. Previous roles include leading operations at outpatient clinics, managing integrated behavioral health programs, and providing therapeutic services to individuals with mental illnesses and substance abuse issues. Leah holds a Master of Social Work from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
