Leigh Daughtridge

Leigh Daughtridge has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They started their career as a Behavioral Health Specialist at NASH UNC Health Care in 2006 and later joined WakeMed as a Behavioral Health Counselor in 2009. In 2013, they transitioned to Monarch as a Behavioral Health Therapist V and held this position until 2017.

At Monarch, Leigh Daughtridge took on various roles, starting as a Practice Administrator from August 2017 to February 2021. They then became a Care Management Director from February 2021 to February 2022, and currently serve as the Vice President of Care Management Behavioral Health at Monarch since February 2022.

Additionally, Leigh Daughtridge is also a Board Member at the Down East Partnership for Children since 2021. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in behavioral health and their progression into leadership roles within the field.
