Steven Morphew

Steven Morphew is a dedicated mental health provider with extensive experience in community-based services, including severe mental illness and residential care. They served as the Executive State Director for FAMILY PRESERVATION SERVICES from 2017 to 2023, where they managed budgets, supervised staff, and developed training programs for Assertive Community Treatment teams. Currently, Steven directs operations for ACT teams at Monarch, overseeing seven teams and ensuring effective leadership and personnel management. With educational credentials including a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, Steven remains committed to advancing the mental health profession and supporting clients with tailored treatment plans.
