Allison General is the co-owner and founder of Cocoon Yoga & Movement, a yoga studio located in the Palma Cieia district of South Tampa, which they have led since 2021. In addition, Allison serves as a Senior Executive Director at MONAT Global, where they have been since 2017, overseeing a successful team of sales associates and focusing on business growth and team building.
