Oliver Grubb

Oliver Grubb is an experienced professional in fraud investigation and transaction monitoring. Starting as a Fraud Investigator at Solaris in May 2022, Oliver was promoted to Senior Investigator in August 2023, where responsibilities included in-depth investigations into various types of fraud and team management. Prior experience includes serving as a Flow Leader in Fraud Operations at Virgin Money, focusing on chargeback investigations, and working as a Senior Customer Service Agent at Barclays. Earlier roles include Duty Manager at Horsforth Golf Club and managing fraud-related tasks at Monavate since June 2025. Oliver holds a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Public Services and completed GCSEs at St Mary's Comprehensive School.
