Scott Lucas has worked in the payments industry since 2012. Scott began their career at CashFlows as a Sales Director - BIN Sponsorship, Head of BIN Sponsorship, Senior Business Development Manager, Product Manager - Issuing / ATM, Key Account Manager / Project Manager / Relationship Manager, Project Manager / Relationship Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Customer Service Team Leader. Scott then moved to CashFlows Group (Formally Voice Commerce Group) as a Customer Service Team Leader. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Monavate as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Scott Lucas obtained a Prince 2 - Foundation and Practitioner certification from Prince II in November 2012.
