Steven Fuse, MBA, currently serves as Head of Compliance & MLRO at Monavate since August 2023 and is also the Head of Compliance at The OneGate. With extensive experience in compliance and risk management across various sectors, Steven held notable positions including VP International Development and Head of Compliance at Novatum, Senior Manager European Compliance at HSBC, and Head of Risk and Compliance at Fiserv. Previous roles include Senior Audit Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and Head of Audit & Compliance Monitoring at Principality Building Society. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BA in Economics from The University of Manchester.
