Project Manager at Monax

Craig Fairgrieve has had a long and varied career in the IT industry. Craig began in 1999 as an IT Systems Administrator at Kirk Care Housing Association, where they were responsible for company-wide IT support and administration of a wide area network. In 2004, they founded Local IT, a computer support consultancy catering to home users and SMEs. In 2003, they were recruited as the HelpDesk Manager at Adventi Ltd, where they developed the helpdesk department to a team of three and eventually managed a team of over 20 engineers. In 2005, they became the Web Development Manager at Charles Letts & Co, where they were responsible for all online sales & marketing and delivered a new suite of websites on time and to budget. In 2012, they moved to Sedley Place Digital as the Production Director, specializing in the leisure and ecommerce sectors. In 2014, they founded The East Coast Collective, a consultancy to help businesses achieve their full online potential. In 2015, they became the Senior Account Director at The Gate Interactive, where they worked with some of the UK's largest utility companies. Finally, in 2018, they became the Head of Digital Transformation at AlwaysBeContent, an end-to-end marketing agency. Most recently, in 2022, they began work as a Project Manager at Monax Labs.

Craig Fairgrieve's education history includes a Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University from 1995 to 1997, as well as a secondary education from Millburn Academy. Craig has also obtained three additional certifications: Digital Disruption: Digital Transformation Strategies from Emeritus in June 2021, Certificate of Completion from Asana in November 2019, and Inbound Certification from HubSpot in February 2016.
